Looking for relatives surnamed Caspari/Caspary. Three sons of Caspar Levin of Schlochau settled in Berlin in the early 1800s. Two of them married cousins in the Goldschmidt family. Click for their & grandchildren; surnames include Tuerkheim, Joachimsthal, Kauffmann

It's
probably one of the obsolete forms of German
shorthand.
My maternal grandmother's grandfather was from Kempen in Posen, now Kepno, Poznan, Poland. I've collected some of my material on him and on Jewish life in Kempen.
My maternal grandmother's grandmother's family, the Bauers,
were from
